Advisory disciplines for governed AI adoption.

LearnShift delivers integrated transformation advisory — not software licences, not bootcamp seats, not outsourced assessment writing. Every discipline keeps qualified educators accountable for learner-facing decisions.

How engagements work

Scoped in CAD. Led from Halifax.

Most clients begin with an AI-readiness review — a structured conversation that surfaces policy gaps, tooling sprawl and integrity risks before anyone buys another platform seat. From there, we assemble the disciplines below into a phased plan with clear deliverables, review gates and educator sign-off points.

We quote fixed-fee projects and monthly retainers. We do not tie fees to employment outcomes, grade improvements or enrolment guarantees. Illustrative ranges appear in our FAQ; formal estimates follow discovery.

Six disciplines

What we deliver — and what we refuse.

01

AI-readiness & transformation strategy

Executive workshops, stakeholder mapping and 90-day roadmaps that align AI pilots with institutional mission, collective agreements and learner outcomes. We help you say no to shiny distractions as often as we help you say yes to measured experiments.

02

Governance, policy & academic integrity

Acceptable-use frameworks, disclosure standards for AI-assisted work, review workflows and escalation paths. Designed for academic senates, school boards and compliance teams — with PIPEDA-aligned data handling baked in from the start.

03

Educator & trainer enablement

Faculty development sessions, instructional-design coaching and train-the-trainer programmes focused on practical classroom and workplace application. AI may demonstrate; educators adapt, test and approve.

04

Learning analytics & evidence interpretation

Support for teams drowning in dashboard exports but short on narrative. We help you connect activity data to instructional decisions — without turning analytics into surveillance or punitive scorekeeping.

05

Tool evaluation & integration guidance

Structured vendor reviews, pilot design and LMS integration planning. We are vendor-neutral: we do not accept reseller commissions that would compromise our advice to your leadership team.

06

Stewardship retainers & partnership advisory

Quarterly check-ins, regulatory watch, staff office hours and on-call guidance as models and provincial guidance evolve. For organizations that want a steady educator-informed voice without building a full internal AI bureau.

Enablement in practice

Workshops that respect teacher time.

Our enablement sessions run 90 minutes to full days depending on scope. Materials are provided in advance; post-session resources include annotated examples your team can adapt under your own policies. We do not record sessions for resale or upload them to a public course catalogue.

Topics commonly requested: prompting for curriculum planning, integrity-aware assignment design, AI in accessibility workflows, and safe handling of student data in third-party tools.

What we do not offer

Boundaries protect learners and staff.

LearnShift does not write student essays, complete assignments, take exams, forge credentials or promise jobs after a short programme. We do not operate as an accredited degree grantor. We do not sell "guaranteed transformation" packages with unrealistic timelines.

If your need falls outside our advisory scope, we will say so plainly and, where appropriate, point you toward regulated or accredited resources — without affiliate fees.

Discuss which disciplines fit your timeline.

Start with an AI-readiness review or send a project outline. We respond within two business days.
