Representative shifts — not outcome promises.

The engagements below are illustrative composites drawn from LearnShift advisory work with education and training organizations. Client names are anonymized. Results describe observed process improvements — not guaranteed grades, jobs or enrolment figures.

From 14 pilot tools to one governed framework

A mid-sized university arrived with separate AI experiments running in six faculties, no central disclosure standard and conflicting guidance for students. LearnShift facilitated a senate-ready governance pack: acceptable-use principles, assignment disclosure templates, a faculty review workflow and a staged tool-approval process.

Within two academic terms the institution consolidated to four approved tools with documented review gates. Faculty survey data (internal, not published by LearnShift) suggested improved confidence in discussing AI with students — we make no claim that grades or attrition improved as a direct result.

LMS-anchored AI assistant with integrity guardrails

A college continuing-education unit wanted an AI study companion inside its existing LMS without encouraging answer-generation on summative tasks. LearnShift designed pilot scenarios, proctored staff training and rubrics for when the assistant should refuse requests.

The pilot ran three programmes with educator sign-off on every system prompt revision. The college elected to expand based on its own evaluation criteria; LearnShift did not promise enrolment growth or completion-rate lifts.

K-12 district · enablement

Teacher cohort programme across 22 schools

A regional school district needed consistent professional learning after a provincial memo on classroom AI. LearnShift delivered a train-the-trainer series: integrity-aware lesson planning, parent communication templates and data-privacy checklists for approved tools.

Lead teachers co-facilitated subsequent sessions using materials they adapted locally. The district measured participation internally; we were not contracted to report on student achievement outcomes.

Turning dashboard noise into quarterly narratives

A national employer's learning team exported dozens of LMS metrics but struggled to brief executives. LearnShift built a quarterly reporting template tying activity patterns to competency frameworks — with explicit limits on inferring performance ratings from click data.

The client used the template for four cycles before internalizing the process. We provide no warranty that the template will fit your data environment without adaptation.
